Contact a Referring Agency
Interested clients need to request a referral by one of our approved agencies.
The selected referring agency completes a referral form on your behalf that registers you as a verified client with us.
If you are not currently supported by one of these organizations, call 211 to find out which one would be a good fit.

Await Our Confirmation
The Furniture Bank team will directly connect with you, your case worker or referring agency, to provide next steps on how to proceed with requesting furniture.

Curated, Packaged, & Delivered
Furniture is chosen by the client / case worker using our online inventory tool.
This furniture is then carefully curated, packaged, and delivered to clients based on the household size for a nominal fee.
